What is the return policy?
Products purchased directly through our website may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Returns are subject to the cost of return shipping to our warehouse and a 10% restocking fee for all refunds. For exchanges, customers are responsible only for the return shipping cost. To be eligible, all items must be returned in their original, unused condition.

Are any purchases final sale?
No. All custom-designed and made-to-order sofas and sectionals are final sale and non-refundable.
When will I get my order?
Our standard collection is handcrafted and ships within 2–4 weeks after your order is placed.
Custom orders typically require 4–6 weeks, though lead times may be longer when specialty fabrics are sourced from third-party suppliers.
Where are your products manufactured?
Every Evvesta Design sofa and sectional is proudly designed and manufactured in Houston, Texas, USA, with European designs and American craftsmanship and production.
How much does shipping cost?
Yes. Complimentary shipping is included on all orders, including custom-made pieces.
